Privacy Policy

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use Mia Princess.

If you choose to use Mia Princess, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Any information collected through the App or its third-party SDKs is used solely for providing, maintaining, improving the Service, displaying advertisements, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used herein have their ordinary meanings.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, we do not require users to create an account or directly provide their name, email address, or other account information to use Mia Princess.

However, third-party SDKs integrated into the App, including Unity Technologies, Unity LevelPlay, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics, may automatically collect or process certain information, including:

We use this information to operate and maintain the App, understand how users interact with the App, improve gameplay and features, diagnose crashes and technical problems, measure advertising performance, validate purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share or allow this information to be processed by our third-party SDK providers only as necessary for these purposes. Information processed by third-party providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and may be processed in countries other than the country in which the user resides.

Firebase Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with Mia Princess. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect app instance identifiers, device and app information, approximate location information, session information, screens viewed, app interactions, engagement information, and events configured by us.

We use this analytics information to understand feature usage, measure user engagement, identify technical or gameplay issues, and improve the App. Advertising identifiers may be collected or used only where made available by the operating system and permitted by the App’s configuration, platform requirements, and the user’s applicable privacy choices.

We also use Firebase Crashlytics to identify, analyze, and resolve crashes, errors, application-not-responding events, and other stability problems. Crashlytics may collect Crashlytics installation UUIDs, Firebase installation identifiers, crash traces, stack traces, exception information, app version, operating system and device information, timestamps, application state, and related diagnostic information.

When Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are used together, Analytics events and screen information may be included as breadcrumb information in crash reports to help us understand the actions that occurred before a crash.

We do not intentionally submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment card information, or other directly identifying information to Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics through custom events, user identifiers, logs, or custom diagnostic fields.

Local Data

When the App or its third-party SDKs operate, technical and usage information may be collected automatically, including device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, network status, installation or app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, diagnostics, crash information, performance data, app interactions, advertising interactions, and timestamps.

For data directly controlled by us, we retain technical logs and usage information only for as long as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, service stability, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and generally no longer than 12 months.

Google Analytics event-level data is generally retained for 2 months. User-level data associated with pseudonymous identifiers is generally retained for 14 months after the user’s most recent activity, because the retention period is reset when new user activity occurs. Aggregated reporting data may be retained for a longer period where it no longer relates to a particular user or app instance.

According to Google’s current Firebase documentation, Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash stack traces and associated installation identifiers for 90 days before beginning the removal process. Information processed by other third-party SDK providers is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

In-App Purchases

Mia Princess offers in-app purchases. Payment transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not collect or store your payment card information. We may process purchase status, product identifiers, transaction receipts, or order tokens only for purchase validation, restoring purchases, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Log Data

When the App or third-party SDKs operate, certain technical data may be collected automatically, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, network status, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, performance data, ad interaction data, and timestamps.

For data under our control, we retain technical logs and anonymous usage data only for as long as necessary for troubleshooting, service stability, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and generally no longer than 12 months. Data processed by third-party SDK providers is retained according to their own privacy policies.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
